Impartiality
Manuscripts are evaluated solely on the basis of their scholarly merit, originality, and relevance to the fields of ethnology and to the journal’s profile.
Confidentiality
The Editor-in-Chief and the members of the editorial board are required not to disclose information concerning manuscripts submitted for evaluation to any persons other than the corresponding author, reviewers, editorial advisers, or the publisher, except in cases where authorization has been granted by both the Editor-in-Chief and the author.
Originality and Plagiarism
Studies, articles, and reviews submitted for publication must be the original work of their authors. All works used in the preparation of a manuscript must be fully cited or acknowledged, including concepts and established formulations or expressions.
The use of Artificial Intelligence tools must be acknowledged in a footnote. At the same time, the contribution of Artificial Intelligence must remain strictly technical and must not exceed the norms imposed by research ethics and professional deontology.
